TIUMPAN HEAD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CONDITIONS OF LET

1 – The Association reserve the right to refuse to take bookings.

 

2 – The Association reserves the right to cancel any bookings.

       This right will not be exercised unreasonably and

       every effort will be made to honour bookings.

 

3 – Bookings cancelled within seven days of the let may incur a

      charge equivalent to 50% of the fee and those cancelled within                

      three days may result in the full fee being charged.

 

4 – The person or organisation responsible for the let must take

      appropriate measures to ensure that their event is run in an

      orderly and safe manner.

 

5 – The person or organisation responsible for the let will be held

       liable for any loss or damage to Association property occurring                                                                            

       as a consequence of their let.

 

6 – Responsible persons or organisations must ensure that the

      premises are left in a clean and tidy condition following the

      let, failure to do so will result in an invoice being issued to cover

      cleaning costs.

 

7 – Responsible persons and organisations must ensure that all keys

      are returned within 24 hours from the end of the let. Failure to

      return the keys within a reasonable period may cause the

      Association to replace all affected locks and in such an event all

      costs incurred will be charged to the responsible party.

 

8 – Tiumpanhead Community Association will not accept

      responsibility for any property belonging to another party which

      may be lost or stolen.

 

9 – Any breach of these conditions may affect the granting of future

      lets.
